Hamilton Community Foundation was founded in 1954 as Ontario’s first community foundation. We connect the philanthropic interests of local citizens with Hamilton’s needs and opportunities to help them make the difference they want to make in strengthening our city. We do this in three ways:
- Building resources for long-lasting solutions.We work with donors to build funds that will support a vital future for Hamilton.
- Supporting all aspects of community life.We grant to the widest possible range of organizations and initiatives.
