Since it was founded in 1954, HCF has provided more than $58 million in grants to Hamilton organizations. Last year, HCF awarded some $3.2 million to organizations across a wide range of sectors including:

This section provides forms for grant seekers and grant holders. HCF provides grants for projects that benefit the citizens of Hamilton and by law, provides grants only to registered Canadian charitable organizations and others qualified as described in Section 110 of the Income Tax Act. On occasion, not-for-profit organizations without charitable status may be sponsored by a registered charity.
