Philanthropist gives CAS kids $4000 worth of bear hugs

Frank C. Miller, a philanthropist and collector of toy bears, is giving the Children's Aid Society of Hamilton a special gift this holiday season: a donation of $4,000 from the Frank C. Miller Charitable Fund of the Hamilton Community Foundation. The money will be used to give children coming into care a teddy bear in hopes of providing comfort in difficult times.
